From I-81:

• Exit onto I-581 (a left exit if coming from the north)
• Take 1st exit (right) onto Peters Creek Road (route 117 south)
• Turn right at end of ramp
• Follow Peters Creek to the end (4.7 miles) and turn right on Brandon Avenue
• Brandon Oaks will be on your left

From the east on Route 460:

• Route 460 West becomes Orange Avenue
• Right on Melrose Avenue ( 2.1 miles past the Roanoke Civic Center)
• Follow Melrose to Peters Creek Road (2.2 miles)
• Left on Peters Creek Road and follow to the end (2.4 miles)
• Right on Brandon Avenue
• Brandon Oaks will be on your left

From the south on Route 220:

• Just past the WalMart on the right and the Lowes on the left, bear right to Route 220 Business/Rt 419N/Franklin Rd exit
• At bottom of exit turn left on route 419 North (Electric Rd)
• Drive 6.3 miles (passing Tanglewood Mall) to Apperson Drive
• Right on Apperson Drive
• Drive 1.6 miles on Apperson, which will become Brandon Avenue
• Brandon Oaks will be on your right

From Route 221:

• Left on Route 419 north (Electric Road)
• Drive 3.8 miles on 419/Electric Rd to Apperson Drive
• Right on Apperson Drive
• Drive 1.6 miles on Apperson, which will become Brandon Avenue
• Brandon Oaks will be on your right
