We’re affiliated with the Carilion Center for Healthy Aging and Medicare-certified as a skilled nursing center. Brandon Oaks is the only LifeCare retirement community in the Roanoke Valley that includes this service in the monthly fee. Every aspect of the care we deliver is supervised by a board-certified physician. Our dedicated, multi-disciplinary team of nurses and therapists provide care and rehabilitation around the clock, seven days a week.
Our well-appointed, private and semi-private accommodations are bright, spacious and technologically advanced. And our intentionally smaller size ensures our focus is on each of our 62 residents individually. Our Center features:
- The latest in rehabilitative aids and equipment to speed recovery
- Physical, occupational, and speech therapy for short- and long-term stays
- Free, private transportation to medical appointments and local hospitals

Brandon Oaks residential living and assisted living residents have priority access to the Nursing and Rehabilitation Center as part of their Lifecare residency agreement. We also welcome our neighbors in need from the Roanoke Valley, following hospital discharge after surgery or injury when available, and accept Medicare parts A and B.
