Brandon Oaks is proud to announce the addition of Charles Norfleet as General Manager, Building Services. Charles joined Brandon Oaks January 25 and will oversee the construction of the newest accommodations on campus, The Pines at Brandon Oaks. Charles will work closely with the design and construction teams to build one of the first sustainable retirement buildings in the area. Charles will also conduct ongoing evaluation and analysis of existing facility support systems on the Brandon Oaks campus. 

Charles came from Sodexo’s healthcare division, working as Assistant Facilities Director at Cleveland Regional Medical Center in Shelby, NC. Charles was also building superintendent at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
