Brandon Oaks Nursing and Rehab Center (NRC) has been recognized as 2010 recipient of the Bronze Commitment to Quality Award presented by the American Health Care Association( AHCA), a trade organization with approximately 11,000 members nationwide. The award will be presented during the AHCA annual convention in October. 

The award represents the beginning of a journey towards performance excellence. The NRC had to develop an organizational profile including a vision and mission statement, an awareness of their environment and customers’ expectations. The NRC was also asked to demonstrate their ability to improve a process.

The NRC is very happy to be recognized and will be working towards the Silver and Gold Quality Award designations over the next several years.
